Help Build the Future of AI for MSPs

MSPbots is an AI-native SaaS platform transforming how Managed Service Providers operate through AI-powered automation, operational intelligence, and smart business insights.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing / Head of Marketing who understands SaaS growth, AI products, and modern digital marketing. If you love building brands, driving revenue, experimenting with AI tools, and leading high-impact campaigns — we’d love to meet you.

You’ll work closely with teams across the Philippines, China, and the US to help position MSPbots as a leader in AI for MSPs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute AI-driven marketing strategies
  • Drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness
  • Manage SEO, paid ads, webinars, email campaigns, content, and social media
  • Position MSPbots as a leader in AI-powered MSP solutions
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to optimize growth
  • Lead and mentor a distributed global marketing team

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech marketing
  • Experience marketing AI, automation, analytics, or SaaS products
  • Strong background in digital marketing and demand generation
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation workflows
  • Experience working with remote or global teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Flexible working hours with overlap across US and China teams
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Bonus Points

  • MSP, IT, or SaaS industry experience
  • Startup or high-growth SaaS background
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Google Analytics Certification or other digital marketing certifications
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus, but not required
