Customer Service Attendant

We're currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day.

 

Position Details

Position: Customer Service/ Atttendants

Job Type: Seasonal (Full-Time &Part-Time)

Pay for Full-Time: 3500-4800 monthly(Based On Experience)

Pay for Part-Time: $17.00-$18.00 Hourly(Based On Experience)

Open Position:6

Location: Long Island City, NY

You'll Get To:

Be the face of QUACKADE — greet guests, help them play, and make their day

Capture the wins — film the celebrations, snap the smiles, and document the fun

Create content that matters — your posts will reach thousands and bring people through our doors

Keep the arcade fresh — organize prizes, style displays, and keep everything looking amazing

Handle the details — cashier, tokens, prize redemptions, and keeping things running smoothly

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Fluent in Mandarin and English
