Founding Content Creator & Community Builder

CiaoBelly is an early-stage wellness startup preparing to launch an innovative supplement brand designed to fit into real life. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and social-media-obsessed individual to help us build our brand from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and play a meaningful role in launching a consumer brand. The ideal candidate loves social media, understands internet culture, enjoys creating content, and is excited by the idea of helping build something from day one.

Responsibilities

• Create and capture photo and video content for social media
• Assist with content planning and content calendars
• Research competitors, influencers, trends, and emerging content formats
• Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other social content
• Help build and manage online communities across multiple platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach
• Support founder content and help build the personal brand of the company's founder
• Attend occasional local content shoots and company events
• Help develop creative ideas that increase engagement and audience growth

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Experience creating content for yourself, a student organization, family business, personal brand, or company
• Comfortable taking photos, shooting video, and editing content
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle brands, startups, entrepreneurship, and social media

• Existing social media following or experience growing an audience
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Photography or videography experience
• Located in surrounding South Orange County areas
