About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will be a trusted partner to Reframe's leadership team, helping manage day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and special projects. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
You'll work closely with the Founders to maximize their effectiveness, ensure priorities stay on track, and help drive initiatives across the company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving problems, and loves bringing structure to complexity.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for the Founders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Handle executive communications, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate internal meetings, leadership events, and company gatherings.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Experience providing executive or administrative support.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
