ABT 2026 Fall Internship Program

American Ballet Theatre’s Internship Program provides pre-professional nonprofit work experience for university students and recent graduates.

Each year, approximately 40 interns join the ABT family, where they partner with a mentor and gain valuable non-profit work experience in their areas of interest.   Interns work approximately 12-25 hours per week in a hybrid environment.  Interns receive a travel stipend of $125/week. 

In addition to working with their mentors, interns participate in weekly meetings that promote professional development and provide opportunities to hear from leaders within the organization. Interns may also assist with a variety of special events throughout the semester.
