Schedule: Strictly Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No nights, no weekends!)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional diagnostic, preventative, and restorative clinical dental care to a diverse patient base.
Deliver patient-centric education, post-operative care planning, and clear communication with a warm, positive attitude.
Formulate comprehensive treatment plans while ensuring maximum patient comfort and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with our senior dentist and fantastic support staff to keep day-to-day office flow smooth and stress-free.
Maintain accurate, compliant digital clinical records while respecting Maryland dental regulations.
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Requirements):
Education: Degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited university.
License: Active license (or pending graduation eligibility) to practice dentistry in the state of Maryland, including passing the Maryland Jurisprudence Exam.
Mindset: A fresh graduate with a massive desire to learn, grow, and take on clinical challenges.
People Skills: Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence, and a reliable, well-organized nature. Someone who treats both patients and teammates with positivity.
