Umbrella Learning Academy is seeking an engaging, creative, and dependable Elective Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school term. This position is ideal for an educator, specialist, or industry professional looking to inspire students through specialized, enrichment-focused classes in a part-time capacity.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 2:45 PM

Classification: Part-Time

Reports To: Academy Director / Principal

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement an engaging elective curriculum (e.g., Art, Music, STEM, Drama, Coding, Creative Writing, or Life Skills) tailored to the target age group.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and mutual respect.

Student Engagement: Utilize interactive, hands-on teaching methods to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

Supervision: Ensure active supervision of students during the specified hours, managing transitions smoothly and efficiently.

Assessment & Communication: Provide occasional, qualitative feedback on student progress to administration and parents as required by academy policy.
