Staffing Consultant Recruiter

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or sales.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative to fill an opening in our Lakeland, FL office as a Staffing Consultant / Recruiter. The ideal candidates should be able to work independently and have a desire to work hard.

Requirements of the Staffing Consultant / Recruiter

  • 1 year of sales experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have great work ethic
  • Ability to make phone calls
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a Background check, drug test, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities of the Staffing Consultant / Recruiter

  • Making resumes for your candidates you prospect with
  • Setting up drug-tests for your starters
  • Send out the legal paperwork for your starters
  • Collecting time sheets and sending to the payroll department.
  • Every morning, you start with a briefing together with your Account Manager. By doing so, you will plan your weekly schedule.
  • You will create job descriptions based on our customers needs.
  • You will look actively for new talent through our database, social media, job-boards, etc.
  • You will use LinkedIn to look for both active and passive candidates.
  • Through different interviewing techniques, you will start the conversation with your potential candidate.
  • Thanks to your enthusiasm and sales skills, you are able to attract candidates and take them with you on their trajectory to a job.
  • You will make a detailed selection report where you save the profile and unique competences of each candidate.
  • You will prospect actively with your quality candidates where you find them the right company match.
  • You maintain your relationship and network with both your candidates and customers.
