About Us
Horus Technology is a lean, fast-moving AWS Advanced Partner building AI/ML and intelligent document-processing (IDP) solutions on Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Bedrock. We help enterprise customers in financial services, healthcare, and the public sector put modern cloud and AI to work. As a small team, every person here owns real work that ships — and that includes our interns.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help run our AWS co-marketing engine end to end. You'll own campaigns, create content that goes live, build the dashboard that measures it, and learn the AWS Partner marketing ecosystem from the inside. It's a hands-on role with real ownership and direct mentorship, ideal for someone who wants a portfolio of shipped work by the end of the program.
What You'll Do
- Run co-marketing campaigns. Own a campaign calendar, coordinate creative and copy, keep timelines on track, and manage partner communications — including launching AWS Partner Ready Campaign (PRC) social posts and web plugins.
- Create content. Write and personalize emails, draft social copy, and adapt a single message into versions tailored for both technical and business audiences. Ship an AI-focused campaign piece and an industry-themed asset.
- Support events. Help plan and execute partner webinars, workshops, and briefings — logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communications.
- Learn the AWS ecosystem. Complete AWS Partner Marketing Academy training and work daily in AWS Partner Central, Marketing Central, and ACE.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong, clear writing and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets to track and interpret results.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage deadlines with limited supervision.
- Genuine curiosity about B2B technology, cloud, and AI.
Nice to Have
- Coursework or hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or email marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, a CRM, or social/email platforms.
- Interest in (or exposure to) AWS, cloud computing, or AI/ML.
Logistics
- Duration & schedule: 8–10 weeks, full-time (~40 hrs/week), on-site at our UTC, San Diego office.
- Compensation: $24–$26 / hour.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to the UTC, San Diego area
