TikTok Shop Content Creator Assistant — Part Time / Flexible Location: Niantic, CT (In-person) Pay: $15/hour to start + performance bonuses Hours: Flexible, approximately 10-15 hours per week
About the Role
I’m a Gold-tier featured TikTok Shop affiliate creator based in coastal Connecticut looking for a motivated, creative college student to help grow my content operation. This is a real opportunity to learn the creator economy from someone already in the top tier of TikTok Shop affiliates.
What You’ll Do
- Film short-form product videos using provided products and equipment
- Edit videos with captions, banner text, and trending audio
- Upload completed content to Google Drive for my review and approval
- Work with a variety of brands across beauty, skincare, lifestyle, home, and fashion categories
What I’m Looking For
- Active TikTok user who understands what converts — bonus if you have your own account
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok native editor, or similar)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Marketing, communications, media, or business major preferred but not required
- Must be local to Niantic/East Lyme CT area for in-person filming
