About the Role

Garrett Leather is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to join our team and serve as the primary support resource for our SAP Business One ERP system. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in technology, business systems, data analysis, and process improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with employees across multiple departments to troubleshoot system issues, provide user training, generate reports, and support ongoing ERP initiatives. You will also collaborate with our external SAP partner to resolve complex technical issues and help ensure the system operates efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Garrett Leather's SAP support partner to escalate and track complex issues.
  • Create, maintain, and manage user accounts, security roles, and system permissions.
  • Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports used for operational and customer-facing documents.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting, data analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Assist with ERP-related process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new software applications and business processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred
  • Exposure to ERP systems through coursework, internships, projects, or work experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One preferred but not required
  • Experience with SQL or database concepts. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to Crystal Reports or reporting tools.
