Youtuber Video Content Creator Intern
AlphaGrowth is looking for a creative, motivated Video Content Creator Intern to help produce engaging content for YouTube and our other social media channels.
You will help turn ideas, insights, and company updates into videos that educate, entertain, and grow our online audience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and wants hands-on experience building a brand through video.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form videos
- Create content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Turn existing ideas and written content into engaging videos
- Write hooks, scripts, captions, titles, and video descriptions
- Create thumbnails and simple graphics
- Research trends, formats, and content ideas relevant to our audience
- Help manage the content calendar and publishing schedule
- Review performance data and recommend ways to improve future content
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in video creation, storytelling, and social media
- Basic experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Understanding of YouTube and short-form social content
- Good communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus, but not required
- A portfolio, social media account, or examples of previous work are preferred
