Partnerships & Creator Relations Intern

About Mond

At Mond, we believe in supporting creators of all kinds and fiercely protecting their right to free expression. We are a fast-paced, high-growth startup building a next-generation platform where creators can connect with their audiences and monetize their content organically—whether through long-form writing or short-form video. We are expanding our footprint in the US, and we want you to help us shape the future of the creator economy.

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and proactive Partnerships & Creator Relations Intern (operating as an independent contractor) to bring innovative creators to Mond.

If you are deeply embedded in internet culture, know who the most interesting up-and-coming talent is before they hit the mainstream, and love communicating with people online, this role is for you. You won’t be following a rigid, traditional sales playbook. Instead, you will think strategically about how to identify, reach out to, and onboard creators across key platforms like Instagram, Substack, TikTok, and YouTube.

As an independent business owner/freelancer, you will manage your own schedule and methods while collaborating with our leadership team to drive real impact.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Discover Talent: Research and build dynamic creator prospect lists targeting lifestyle, culture, and entertainment niches using your own sourcing strategies.

Conduct Outreach: Execute warm and cold outreach to qualified creator leads across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Substack.

Support Onboarding: Work directly with creators to design exciting publication plans and successfully recommend launch strategies on Mond.

Market Analysis: Conduct independent research on emerging US creator markets and monetization trends to provide actionable strategic recommendations.

Strategize: Deliver a comprehensive Creator Outreach Strategy Report tailored for the US market during your project cycle.

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

Required:

Deep Passion for the Creator Economy: A strong understanding of the US creator landscape, including platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack) and monetization trends.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build trust with digital creators, and draft engaging outreach messages.

Strategic Sourcing Mindset: An innovative thinker who can identify up-and-coming talent and niche communities beyond established media outlets or traditional personalities.

Self-Directed & Independent: Demonstrated ability to manage your own workflow, set your own schedule, and deliver high-quality results without daily supervision.

Independent Professional Mindset: Ability to operate as an independent contractor/freelancer (simultaneous freelance work or running your own portfolio/LLC is highly welcomed).

Mission Alignment: A genuine interest in supporting digital creators and advocating for their right to free expression.

Preferred (Bonus points!):

Active Network: An existing connection or familiarity with communities of creators, influencers, writers, or artists in the US.

Startup Interest: Eagerness to experience a go-to-market (GTM) expansion phase for a global platform entering the US market.

Multi-Platform Literacy: Familiarity with diverse content formats, ranging from long-form writing (Substack style) to short-form video (TikTok style).

What We Offer (Compensation & Environment)

Flexible & Hybrid Work: Set your own hours and balance this role seamlessly with your studies or other freelance commitments.

Impact from Day 1: Take on meaningful responsibilities and work directly with high-growth startup decision-makers.
