Kais Technologies is hiring Senior PeopleSoft CAPPS Analysts for multiple long-term contract openings supporting the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
We are looking for experienced candidates with strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, CAPPS HR/Payroll, Payroll, HR, Talent Management, TAM/CG, Onboarding, Performance Management, Position Management, SQL, PS Query, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, PUM, Fluid UI, AWE Workflow, and production support.
Open role areas include:
- CAPPS HR/PY Payroll Analyst
- CAPPS HR/PY Payroll Module Lead Analyst
- CAPPS HR/PY Human Resources / Mainframe Analyst
- CAPPS Talent Management Analyst
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM / CAPPS / HR-Payroll experience
- Strong functional configuration and production support experience
- Experience with payroll, HR, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, or mainframe/legacy systems
- SQL, PS Query, reporting, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams
