Position Overview
As a Remote Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving institutional growth, managing key relationships, and expanding Williston’s footprint. Operating in a remote capacity, you will serve as a primary liaison between the school and prospective families, educational consultants, corporate partners, and alumni networks.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and a deep appreciation for independent school education.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Pipeline Growth: Identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of prospective families, corporate sponsors, and educational consultants.
Outbound Engagement: Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and video conferencing to introduce Williston’s unique value proposition to target audiences.
Admissions & Enrollment Support: Guide families through the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel, collaborating closely with the campus-based admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with international and domestic educational agencies and community organizations.
Data & CRM Management: Meticulously track interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline metrics using the school's CRM (e.g., Veracross, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
Virtual Events: Host and facilitate engaging virtual information sessions, webinars, and interviews for prospective stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, admissions recruitment, institutional advancement, or consultative sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of a premier boarding school education.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems, video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams), and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace/Office 365).
Independence: Proven track record of thriving in a remote, self-directed working environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
Familiarity with the independent school landscape or boarding school environments.
Experience handling regional or international territories.
