MANAGEMENT TRAINEE | SALES & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Dynamic Edge Consulting is seeking motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This position begins in sales and customer acquisition, where you'll learn communication, leadership, business development, and management fundamentals while working alongside experienced mentors and leaders.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role begins with face-to-face residential customer outreach, helping customers learn about products and services available in their area. Through hands-on experience, team members develop professional communication, sales, leadership, and business development skills while preparing for future advancement opportunities.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Team meetings and training in the morning
• Residential customer outreach in local communities throughout the day
• Travel opportunities available based on performance and business needs

COMPENSATION

• $700 weekly base draw plus uncapped commission
• Weekly performance bonuses and incentives
• Paid training provided

Many team members earn between $1,200–$4,000+ per week through a combination of base compensation, commissions, and performance bonuses. Individual results vary based on performance, effort, and consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage with customers through face-to-face residential outreach
• Build relationships and educate customers on available products and services
• Develop communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Learn customer acquisition and business development strategies
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We provide paid training and ongoing development. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership organizations, sales, or other people-focused environments is a plus, but not required.
