CyberArk Engineer

Job Title- CyberArk Engineer

Location- Cleveland, OH

Salary Range- 70k to 90k

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Support CyberArk engineers in implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
Assist in onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts across platforms (Windows, Unix, databases)
Help in executing service account governance and access control processes
Assist with basic scripting (PowerShell/Shell) for automation of routine tasks
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CyberArk components (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM)
Participate in documenting system configurations, workflows, and support processes
Coordinate with support teams for incident tracking, resolution, and SLA adherence
Assist in report generation and system audits for compliance requirements
Work with senior team members on integration of CyberArk with enterprise applications


Qualification and Specialization


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field


Basic understanding of:

Cybersecurity concepts and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)

 

Exposure to:

Scripting (PowerShell/Shell/Python – basic level)

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Good communication and documentation skills
