Job Title- AI Developer (Python / Generative AI)

Location- Cleveland, OH

Salary  Range- 70k to 90k

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the development of AI/ML and Generative AI-based solutions using Python
Support building chatbots and conversational AI applications using NLP and LLM frameworks
Participate in designing basic conversational flows, prompt templates, and AI workflows
Assist in integrating AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Support development of reusable components for embeddings, vector search, and AI pipelines
Assist in testing and monitoring AI models for performance (latency, quality, accuracy)
Support implementation of basic automation and scripting tasks for AI applications
Collaborate with senior developers on chatbot/voice bot solutions using speech APIs and chat platforms
Contribute to maintaining documentation for AI solutions, workflows, and system integrations


Qualification and Specialization


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field


Basic understanding of:

Python programming
Machine Learning / NLP fundamentals
Generative AI concepts (LLMs, Chatbots – basic exposure)

 

Exposure (academic/project level) to:

APIs and web frameworks (Flask/FastAPI – basic knowledge)
Data handling and databases

 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
