Sales Representative

The Sales Representative at Empire Workforce Solutions plays a key role in supporting business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
Status: Full-time
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 plus commissions
Requirements/Essential skills:
- Experience gained through academics, athletics, student organizations, volunteer work, or other structured environments is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Bullhorn CRM,
referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospects and qualified leads in Bullhorn, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate activity tracking.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and virtual calls via Zoom, phone, or in-person to understand workforce needs and present staffing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate service agreements, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Partner with operations and recruiting teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Track and report weekly and monthly sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast updates.
• Manage assigned territory, including outreach strategy, lead development, and competitor analysis.
• Support strategic marketing efforts by attending industry events, networking functions, and job fairs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of staffing services, pricing structures, and labor market trends.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable employment regulations
Work Conditions:
• Field and office-based role with regular travel to client sites and prospect locations.
• Use of phone, email, and CRM software on a daily basis.
• May require work outside standard business hours depending on client needs or travel schedule
