Pre-K Lead Teacher

Tiny World Newtonville is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth, learning, and development while preparing them for a successful transition to kindergarten.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate regularly with families.
• Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and center policies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support program goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.

Qualifications:

• EEC Lead Teacher certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
