Salary Range: $48,701 – $77,022 (based on education and experience)

Inspire Students Through Music
Northome School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated K-12 Music Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to inspire a love of music in students across all grade levels while fostering creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence within a supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging music instruction for students in grades K–12.
- Plan and direct vocal and instrumental performances, concerts, and school events.
- Foster students’ appreciation for music theory, history, and performance.
- Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff, administrators, and the community to support student well-being.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota K-12 Music Teaching License.
- Experience teaching vocal and/or instrumental music.
- Ability to direct ensembles such as band and/or choir.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Licensure in multiple areas is preferred.
