Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dulles, Virginia. The Project Controls Manager is responsible to control schedule and cost on large projects, coupled with reporting to clients. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines, developing and updating project cost and budgeting reports, reviewing and processing contracts, change orders, and invoices, implementing earned value management systems, generating performance reports and dashboard, preparing executive summaries and status reports, and identifying potential schedule and cost risks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in aviation construction or similar

- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the PM lead
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines on Microsoft Project or P6
- Manage multiple project as the project controls manager
- Develop project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts
- Manage budget forecasting and variances
