Location: Ship Bottom, NJ
Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Compensation: Starting salary range is $50,000 - $55,000 annually
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday
Junior Architectural Designer:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience in residential and multifamily design while collaborating with experienced industry professionals.
Junior Architectural Designer Job Duties:
- Assist with creating architectural drawings, plans, and models using Revit
- Support senior designers in the preparation of construction documents
- Contribute to design development for residential and multifamily projects
- Revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams and consultants
- Conduct basic code research and zoning reviews
- Maintain and organize project files, documents, and records
- Participate in project and team meetings
- Assist with coordination between consultants and internal departments
Junior Architectural Designer Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
- Exposure to residential or single-family design projects preferred
- Proficiency in Revit is desired, but company can train
- Basic knowledge of construction documents and architectural plans
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
