Schedule: Flexible hours (ideal for a college or mature high school student)
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and mature student to assist with light administrative tasks for a small business and help with organization projects at a private residence. This is a temporary position with flexible scheduling and a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Organize and file small business paperwork and documents
- Sort, label, and maintain filing systems
- Assist with organizing closets, storage areas, and household items
- Run occasional local errands
- Help with light office and personal organization projects
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist with Social Media optional duties
Qualifications
- Mature, responsible, and trustworthy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexible schedule and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in both a home and small business environment
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous office, volunteer, or organizational experience is helpful but not required
- Social Media skills, Canva, Graphic Design, Video Editing a plus
