Beacon ABA Services is hiring for Behavior Therapists! We're a team of clinicians, educators, researchers, and passionate advocates. Position Location: Opportunities available throughout Massachusetts for home-based services! Treatment Centers also open in Chicopee, Leominster, North Andover, Milford, Rockland, Fall River and New Bedford. 

You’ll play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA treatment to young children with ASD. You'll implement play-based, evidence-backed programs in clients' homes, collaborate closely with families and supervisors, and track developmental progress - all while growing your own career in a field that's as rewarding as it is dynamic.

A Day in the Life...

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Deliver fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
• Thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable sitting on the floor, standing, and lifting children or objects up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Ability to make at least a one-year commitment
• Results-driven with a genuine desire to help children reach their milestones

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
• Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
• High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)

Work Experience

• Prior experience working with young children is preferred; all levels considered. Full training is otherwise provided!

Compensation

Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on education and experience

The hourly range above reflects the typical hiring range for this position. We value what makes you unique and consider a variety of factors when extending an offer, including your education, background, experience, and location.
