Customer Service & Inventory Coordinator

We are a growing steel and aluminum distribution company seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service & Inventory Coordinator to support our customers and internal operations team.
This position involves handling customer concerns and order issues, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, and assisting with inventory control and cycle counting.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, and inventory-related concerns
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and lead times
- Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Support day-to-day operational coordination
Qualifications
- Customer service, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial distribution experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Basic computer and ERP/Excel experience helpful
Steel, aluminum, manufacturing, or industrial supply experience is a plus but not required.
