Project Manager
PROJECT MANAGER – JOB HIRING DESCRIPTION.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle—from estimating, budgeting, and cost management to coordination, procurement, and final installation. They will lead cross-functional teams, drive progress, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders, clients, and internal team members to deliver projects with excellence and precision.
Responsibilities
- Estimating and generating quotes for new potential leads.
- Contract negotiation.
- Track expenses, manage cash flow, and optimize resource use to maintain profitability.
- Actively engage in problem-solving situations, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and coordinate meetings to align on project goals.
- Collaborating with different internal teams.
- Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors, manage vendor relationships.
- Track project milestones, produce status reports, and proactively adjust timeless or plans to mitigate risks or delays.
- Identify potential problems early, resolve conflicts among team members or stakeholders, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage final inspections, documentation, and client handover.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Architecture, or Project Management
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and contractors simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technologies and the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction laws, codes, and OSHA standards
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
