Senior Care Direct Care Professional - plus Weekend Differentials & Tuition Assistance up to $2,000

As a Direct Care Professional (DCP), you are responsible for meeting the emotional and physical needs of the clients served at Arthur's Senior Care. DCPs at Arthur's are extensively trained in memory care and are prepared to care for the later stages of Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia and challenging conditions. They are highly skilled at meeting each person’s physical and safety needs, as well their deep emotional and spiritual needs and accompanying clients on a variety of recreational and leisure-time activities. 

 

Pay rates start between $17.50 and $22.50/hour depending on the position and when you are working, with huge benefits for those that choose to work full-time. Rates are as follows:

DCP Full-time (Weekday Day/Eve): $19.75/hour + benefits

DCP Full-time (Weekday Awake Night Overnights**): $22.00/hour + benefits

DCP Full-time (Weekend Day/Eve): $22.00/hour*** + benefits

DCP Full-time (Weekend Awake Night Overnights**): $24.25/hour*** + benefits

DCP Part-time (Weekday Day/Eve): $17.50/hour

DCP Part-time (Weekday Awake Night Overnights**): $19.75/hour

DCP Part-time (Weekend Day/Eve): $19.75/hour***

DCP Part-time (Weekend Awake Night Overnights**): $22.00/hour***

**The Awake Night pay rates apply to the hours worked between 10p - 6a

***$2/hour Weekend Differentials for all hours worked between 2p on Friday through 10p on Sunday.

Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) allows you to earn up to $2000 for schooling.

Requirements

-Must have a heart for providing exceptional care

-Must have a driver's license 

-Must have access to reliable transportation (unless a student at the UMN, UWRF, NCU or Bethlehem College & Seminary and interested in the Employee Transportation Program) 

-Must be 18 or older 

-Must commit to working 2-3 shifts/week if part-time 

-Must commit to working 38-40 hours/week if full-time
