Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.
- Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.
- Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
- Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.
- Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
- Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.

Pay Rate:
- Hourly rate $85-$100 (based on experience)
- After full-time employment of 25 hours a week for 4 months, may consider salary
