What You’ll Do:
- Receive and verify patient specimens for laboratory testing
- Prepare specimens by adding fixatives, preservatives, or other required materials
- Process samples by smearing, staining, or preparing cultures for analysis
- Enter laboratory test results into logs or computer systems
- Support daily lab operations, including preparing materials and assisting other lab staff
Minimum Requirements:
- Six (6) months' experience in laboratory work in a public health, medical, or biological laboratory.
