What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview job seekers
• Match candidates with available job opportunities
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Maintain communication with employees and clients
• Post jobs on job boards and social media
• Attend hiring events and community outreach activities
• Help resolve employee questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and employee information
• Support daily office and recruiting operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
