In Home Caregiver - Milladore, WI - CK

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a positive impact in someone’s life? We are seeking a Caregiver to  assist a woman with some general task, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Caregiving will be int the woman's home in Milladore, WI.

This position will help the client maintain their independence in a comfortable, familiar setting. Provider must be comfortable working in a home with pets.

 

Pay: $18.62 per hour

 

Location: Milladore, WI - In the client's home

 

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Saturday
  • 35-40 Hours a week
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Schedule TBD between provider & family. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Transfer assistance (Client uses an EZ stand & wheelchair for ambulation)
  • Housekeeping duties (light cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Preparing meals
  • Engaging in activities with the individual 
  • Medication management

 

Things She Enjoys: 

  • Baking
  • Anything related to music (listening to it, trivia, etc.)
  • Board Games
  • Self-Care (she would love if someone could help her with her hair and painting her nails)

 

Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle required
  • Must pass a background check before hiring
  • Reliable & hardworking individual with a positive attitude
  • Must be flexible and willing to adapt to client needs
  • 1 year of caregiving experience (flexible)
  • Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs in the home)
