Brand Ambassador/Event Staff

Ever see someone in the aisle handing out samples, running a demo booth, or showcasing products like food/beverages, beauty supplies, or home improvement items? That’s what we do! We partner with top brands to bring their products to life through in-store demos, sampling events, and customer engagement.

Looking for a fun, flexible way to earn money this summer? We're hiring energetic, reliable Brand Ambassadors to help with the grand opening of a brand new Kroger store in South Charleston, WV. This is a great opportunity for college students or anyone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced event environment.

Grand Opening Event

Blender Bike & Plinko Board Activation – June 24

  • 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Help create an exciting experience for shoppers by assisting with interactive games and activities during the store's grand opening celebration.

Food Sampling Events – June 24

Available shifts:

  • 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Continue working after the grand opening with additional 4-hour food sampling demos on:

  • June 25
  • June 26
  • June 27
  • June 28
  • July 3
  • July 4
  • July 5
  • July 10

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and engage shoppers
  • Offer food samples and talk about featured products
  • Assist with interactive event activities
  • Represent the brand in a friendly, professional manner
  • Keep your sampling station clean and organized
  • Submit a short event recap after your shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Friendly with a positive attitude
  • Able to stand for the duration of the event
  • At least 18 years old
  • Have reliable transportation to the store

Pay: $20-$25/hour
