Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
WellSpan Health is actively recruiting a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our Cardiac Cath/EP Lab in York, PA — one of the most advanced cardiac care environments in the country. The WellSpan York Hospital is one of only two hospitals in the world with in‑lab 4D CT imaging, providing real‑time CT‑quality visualization during complex structural heart and EP procedures. Our hybrid lab supports coronary interventions, structural heart cases, EP studies, vascular procedures, and rapid escalation from diagnostic to interventional to surgical care — all in one space.

Minimum Education:
- Certificate Program Graduate of a certificate or degree granting program or post-secondary educational program in a health science (includes, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, radiologic technology, Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic). Required
Work Experience:
- Experience in electric countershock techniques. Required
- Previous Cath Lab experience. Preferred
Licenses:
- Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist within 2 years Required OR
- Registered Technologist-Radiography - ARRT within 2 years Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, pacemakers and related equipment.
- Fluent in medical terminology.
- Ability to use radiographic equipment
- Ability to demonstrates the principals of surgical asepsis.
- Understands cardiovascular pathophysiology.
- Ability to read a 12 lead EKG.
- Ability to identify lethal arrhythmias 100% of the time.
- Ability to identify normal versus abnormal intra cardiac and peripheral pressure waveforms.
