Location: Midwest Market 

Compensation: $65,000 base + commission + car allowance + full benefits

What You’ll Do (And Learn)

You will partner directly with a Vice President of Business Development to build pipeline, develop strategy, and actively participate in the full sales cycle.

  • Build a Market & Pipeline
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Midwest
  • Execute targeted prospecting strategies and build a high-quality pipeline
  • Develop outreach campaigns, messaging, and cold call strategies

Own the Front End of the Sales Process

  • Conduct outbound outreach and initial client engagement
  • Qualify opportunities and help move prospects through the pipeline
  • Manage territory activity and contribute to zone strategy

Gain Exposure to Complex B2B Sales

  • Participate in proposal development, financial proformas, and presentations
  • Join client meetings, surveys, and post-survey strategy discussions
  • Support deal execution from first call through close

Build Your Brand & Network

  • Represent NEXDINE at conferences and industry events
  • Develop prospect insights and market intelligence
  • Work directly with senior leaders across operations, culinary, and strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and hospitality-driven industries
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to build a career in growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn financial concepts and business strategy
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
