Growth Lead

Location: New York City, NY (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Growth Lead to build and scale the revenue engine of a rapidly growing company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the intersection of Revenue Operations, Go to Market Strategy, Pipeline Analytics, and Growth.

You will be responsible for creating the systems, processes, and insights that transform early traction into a predictable and scalable revenue engine.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional business judgment and has experience operating within top tier consulting firms, investment organizations, or high growth startup environments. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the company’s Revenue Operations (RevOps) infrastructure to ensure pipeline accuracy, forecasting reliability, and complete funnel visibility.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to optimize processes, improve conversion rates, and maximize team productivity.
  • Identify, test, and scale high-impact growth channels, including content marketing, partnerships, events, outbound initiatives, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze customer acquisition performance and revenue metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create a unified view of the customer journey by connecting marketing activity, sales engagement, and revenue outcomes.
  • Design and execute growth experiments, rapidly validating hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on data and business performance.
  • Work directly with the CEO to define and execute growth strategies that support long-term business objectives. 
     

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, growth, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm or a high-growth Series A–C startup.
  • Bachelor's degree from a Top 30 U.S. university, with graduation years between 2020 and 2024.
  • Proven experience building Revenue Operations processes, pipeline management systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing marketing, sales, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategy and customer acquisition channels.
  • Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site in New York City. 
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology startups.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success building operational processes from the ground up.
