Per Diem HDM Driver (Nutrition)
Deliver meals to homebound clients, provide brief check-ins, and help ensure client well-being. Flexible schedule.
Key needs:
• Valid MA driver’s license + reliable car
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Strong reliability & communication
• Knowledge of Somerville/Cambridge (preferred)
