Social Media Intern

to create engagement and enthusiasm? Do you want to help build a brand bringing world-class MMA training to 
Miami? If so, this is your chance to play an important role in helping to build a 
new and exciting business and make your mark in Miami’s booming 
MMA and fitness scene.

The Role:
As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the online 
voice of Montes MMA. You will help craft our story by creating daily 
content across platforms that drives engagement to build and grow our 
social presence and audience.

• Showcase our competitive advantages including: 
- The unique opportunity to receive hands-on training from an 
elite UFC fighter and professional MMA fighters and coaches.
- Our advanced training system built upon the science of 
neuroplasticity, the proven principles of gamification and real world experience competing at the highest levels of MMA. 
- An empowering environment and welcoming community, 
where everyone is dedicated to helping each other to grow.
• Create Captivating Content, including short-form videos, stories, 
campaigns, athlete spotlights… daily across IG, TikTok, Facebook, 
YouTube, and (X).
• Develop and Manage a Content Calendar: Ensure we show up -
consistently and with purpose.
• Position our brand at the forefront of the Miami MMA + fitness 
ecosystem.
• Develop analytics to optimize results, increase effectiveness and 
engagement.

Candidate Profile:
• Self-starter, driven and hardworking.
• Passionate storyteller, with a strong eye for visual impact and a 
unique perspective toward content creation.
• Skilled at utilizing creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Capable of developing and managing a consistent message, content 
creation and posting schedules, across multiple platforms 
simultaneously. 
• Curious and eager to learn from industry professionals and hands-on 
engagement.
• MMA fan, fitness enthusiasts and/or prior experience brand-building 
or with a start-up, is a plus, but not required.

- Alex Falcon, a successful endurance athlete, who among other 
accomplishments, conquered the world-famous Iron Man 
competition.
