We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our in-clinic team in Post Falls, Idaho. This position focuses on providing high-quality, family-centered care to a pediatric caseload.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services in-clinic, with potential telepractice as needed
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers through coaching and education
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic patient care

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho
  • Interest in pediatric, family-centered care

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and work at floor level with children.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and assist with transfers up to 50 lbs as needed. 
  • Requires hands-on patient support, use of fine and gross motor skills, and the ability to maintain an active, fast-paced schedule.
  •  Must tolerate a dynamic, sensory-rich pediatric environment and communicate effectively with children and caregivers.
