THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate eager to develop their craft within a fashion-forward, design-led environment. You will contribute to a range of print and digital projects, working closely with our senior creative team to bring the Tropic of C aesthetic to life across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce print materials
  • Support the creative team in developing seasonal campaign assets across print and digital formats
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs
  • Assist in preparing print-ready files and liaising with print vendors
  • Contribute to brainstorming and mood-boarding for upcoming collections and campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with attention to quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate in Design or Graphic Design, 
  • Strong print design experience — this is essential; please include print work in your portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • A meticulous eye for typography, layout, and colour
  • Understanding of print production processes and pre-press file preparation
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple briefs
  • A genuine passion for fashion, luxury lifestyle, and visual storytelling

LOCATION & HOURS

This is a part-time, paid, role based at our Tribeca, New York City studio. Specific hours and days are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.
