Social Media Intern

Good News Network has been the home for positive journalism for 28 years — and we're just getting started. We're building a vertically integrated media and wellness company: a YouTube super channel, a 3M-reader news platform, and B2B wellness products. Mission-driven. Fast-moving. Come help us reverse the anxiety epidemic, improve people's media consumption diet and boost overall mental and physical wellness.

Our internship program will give you hands on experience in using various digital marketing tools, design, writing and social media engagement to grow a brand.

The major responsibilities of this position include:

-Brainstorm organic campaign ideas.

-Create written content for social media, including memes.

-Create and design marketing and brand materials.

-Schedule content and actively engage across social media channels.

-Learn and become proficient in social media marketing, research and growing audience engagement.

Qualifications:

-Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.

-Ability to analyze data.

-Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop or Canva.

-Excellent writing abilities.

-Online research & engagement.

-Drive to learn and excel.
