Event Operations Assistant

Esfering is a premium photography and visual experience company expanding into Miami.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Event Operations Assistant to support our services at weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations.

This is an on-site, event-based position with a flexible schedule, mainly during weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

- Transport equipment to and from event venues.
- Set up and dismantle photography and event experience equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is working properly before guests arrive.
- Assist guests during the experience in a professional and friendly way.
- Monitor the setup during the event and report any issues.
- Coordinate remotely with the Esfering team before, during, and after events.
- Follow clear operating procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Availability on weekends and evenings.
- Fluent English.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred:

- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, weddings, luxury retail, or brand activations.
- Basic comfort with technology, cameras, tablets, or event equipment.

Photography experience is not required. Full training will be provided.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will depend on experience, availability, and responsibilities.
