Live Associate, SOJO Live

Tue–Sat   ·    ~15-30 hrs/week    ·    Flexible

ABOUT THE ROLE

SOJO is a live shopping platform bringing the energy of a real sample sale into a digital experience. We are looking for charismatic, fashion-loving hosts to represent premium brands during live shopping events. You don't need prior hosting experience—we will train you. What matters most is your personality, confidence, and ability to connect with customers.This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in live commerce, content creation, fashion styling, and on-camera sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Before the Live

  • Learn key product information and brand storytelling
  • Review featured products with the merchandising team
  • Participate in styling and product selection
  • Prepare talking points and live flow

During the Live

  • Present products on camera 
  • Demonstrate fit, styling, and product features 
  • Engage with viewers in real time 
  • Answer customer questions 
  • Create excitement and urgency around limited inventory 
  • Work closely with the moderator and production team 

After the Live

  • Review performance and customer feedback
  • Help identify products and content that resonated most with viewers

SCHEDULE

Internship / Freelance / Part-Time (Flexible)

Wednesday — Full day

Thursday — 3-5 hours

Friday — 3-5 hours

Saturday — 3-5 hours

Flexibility required, especially during the launch period. We're a startup — some weeks will surprise you.

COMPENSATION

Starts at $20/hour for PT or $150/Live if 1-2 days/week of Live 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or live-shopping
  • Comfortable on camera
  • Outgoing, energetic, funny and personable
  • Able to speak naturally and confidently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Social media or content creation experience is a plus
  • Previous sales, retail, influencer, or hosting experience is a plus but not required
