Position Summary
Marion School is seeking an enthusiastic and student-centered 4th Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2026â2027 school year. The ideal candidate is committed to creating an engaging classroom environment, building positive relationships with students and families, and collaborating with colleagues to support student success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned to Montana state standards
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Use assessment data to guide instruction and support student growth
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and support staff
- Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Montana Teaching License (or ability to obtain one)
- Elementary Education certification
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience teaching upper elementary students
- Knowledge of MTSS and differentiated instruction
- Experience using data to drive instructional decisions
