Job Title: Design Support – Project Coordinator

Location: Chicagoland and Western Suburbs (Naperville, IL 60563)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Support – Project Coordinator to support our design and production teams from concept through installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing plans and presentation materials, generating estimates and orders, managing material procurement and inventory, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Experience with rendering and photo editing (e.g., Photoshop) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expertise in both plant materials and hardscape elements.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in landscape design support, estimating, or a similar role or industry.
  • Familiarity with estimating software such as LMN.
  • Familiarity with hardscape materials, inventory management, and procurement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: starting at $45,000, compensation commensurate with experience
