We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Business Development Executive to help expand our client base across South Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who already has strong relationships with doctors, medical offices, clinics, pharmacies, pharmacy owners, or healthcare decision-makers.
Position Summary
LRx Healthcare is hiring a Business Development Executive for Healthcare Sales who is located within 50 miles of Coral Springs, Florida and has an existing client base or active professional network in the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting physicians, pharmacists, practice managers, clinic owners, pharmacy owners, and healthcare administrators to introduce LRx Healthcare’s services and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with doctors, medical practices, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Leverage an existing healthcare client base or referral network to generate qualified leads.
- Promote LRx Healthcare’s services, including RCM, medical billing, pharmacy billing, provider support, and healthcare business solutions.
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings with physicians, pharmacists, office managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within Coral Springs, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County, and nearby South Florida markets.
- Identify client needs and present customized healthcare service solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, manage communications, and help convert leads into active clients.
- Represent LRx Healthcare professionally at networking events, provider offices, pharmacy visits, and local healthcare business meetings.
- Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, opportunities, and client feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located within 50 miles of Coral Springs, FL.
- Must have an existing client base, referral network, or strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare providers.
- Experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmacy sales, provider relations, physician liaison work, medical billing sales, RCM sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and business development visits.
- Professional attitude and strong understanding of healthcare provider relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with physicians, pharmacy owners, clinic managers, medical office administrators, or healthcare business owners.
- Experience selling healthcare services such as revenue cycle management, medical billing, pharmacy billing, credentialing, practice support, or healthcare consulting.
- Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare market.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Previous commission-based or performance-driven sales experience is a plus.
