Frontier Sales Representative

 We are currently seeking a Frontier Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent a leading telecommunications provider, leveraging their reliable network and premium service offerings. Key Responsibilities of a Frontier Sales Representative:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Frontier’s products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Deliver personalized, direct customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Drive sales performance by recommending tailored solutions that meet customer needs and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client standards, and relevant legal or ethical guidelines.
  • Support and mentor new or less experienced Frontier Sales Representatives by sharing product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Achieve performance benchmarks related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary to maintain service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service agreements, providing regular updates to management.
     

Qualifications for a Frontier Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Frontier Sales Representative is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
