Cost Analyst / Scheduler
NSMA is seeking Cost Analysts and Industrial Schedulers for its Cost, Data, & Schedule Analysis (Cost) Directorate. Incumbents would support our Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Government Scheduler (IGS) tracks.
Duties may include:
- Developing integrated government schedules for classified and unclassified Defense and Navy acquisition programs, reflecting critical path and reporting baseline variances
- Analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting contractor progress in relation to proposed plans, schedule slippage, and funding shortfalls
- Assessing Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) outputs and performing detailed analysis of schedule performance and drivers
- Providing independent and accurate cost and schedule analyses, evaluating contractor’s Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and preparing independent projections of the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
- Participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) to evaluate the adequacy of the contract performance measurement baseline

- U.S. Citizenship
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university prior to onboarding (degree not required at the time of application)
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Passing a pre-employment drug test prior to onboarding
- Ability to achieve and maintain DAWIA certification within the allotted timeframe after hire
