Position: Childcare Assistant / Childcare Staff Member
Location: Pilgrim Lutheran School, Green Bay, WI
Hours: Part-time / Flexible Schedule

Are you passionate about working with children in a faith-based environment? Pilgrim Lutheran is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our Childcare Team. Our program provides a nurturing, safe, and joyful space for our youngest learners to grow — spiritually, socially, and academically.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing attentive, compassionate care to children in our program

     
  • Assisting with daily routines, playtime, and learning activities

     
  • Supporting the mission and values of our Lutheran school community

     
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

     

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with preschool aged children (3-5 years old)

     
  • Patience, creativity, and a love for children

     
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families

     
  • Must pass background check and meet state childcare requirements
