Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and digital communicator with experience crafting platform-specific content and managing multi-channel publishing schedules.
This role focuses on writing compelling copy, coordinating timely content distribution, and supporting marketing operations—including CRM management and campaign analytics—to engage audiences, nurture leads, and support our communications and growth goals.
This is a part-time, in-office role (two days per week) with the potential for increased hours and a hybrid schedule as the position grows.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging copy for website pages, LinkedIn articles, Reddit posts, and email marketing campaigns
- Adapt tone and messaging to fit each platform's audience and norms while maintaining brand voice
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automated drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications
- Schedule and publish multiple posts per week across various channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, email)
- Coordinate with team members to ensure assets align with scheduled content
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (email open rates, click-through rates, social engagement, lead generation, conversion rates) to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager)
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, consistent delivery across all platforms
Qualifications
- Experience or education in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- Strong copywriting skills with experience across long-form (blogs, website) and short-form (social, email) formats
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for digital channels
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently
- Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools is a plus
